These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and haji ("haji", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at haji.bio. These Terms apply to all products, services, games, promotions, and features made available on the haji platform.

• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list or have voluntarily excluded yourself from gambling activities.

haji reserves the absolute right to refuse registration to any applicant or to close any existing account if eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified to haji's reasonable satisfaction. Any funds deposited by an ineligible player may be subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the haji platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If haji identifies that a player holds multiple accounts, all duplicate accounts will be closed immediately and any bonus funds or winnings derived from those accounts may be voided.

When registering a haji account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details. Any changes to your name, address, email address, or payment method details must be reported to haji support promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. haji will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify haji immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

• Accounts registered using false names, fictitious identities, or details belonging to another person are strictly prohibited and will be closed without notice.
• haji reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification checks at registration or at any subsequent point, including prior to processing withdrawals.
• Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to: government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account sharing is not permitted. Your haji account is for your personal use only and must not be accessed or operated by any other person.

haji reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months without a login, following reasonable advance notice to the registered email address.

haji supports the following payment methods for deposit and withdrawal transactions, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits:

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by haji within a reasonable timeframe following successful verification. The majority of withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are completed within three (3) hours of approval during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

haji reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, haji may request additional documentation before proceeding with the transaction.

Players are responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings in their country of residence. haji does not provide tax advice and does not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of players.

haji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall apply.

• Bonuses are credited to player accounts as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses may only be used on games and betting markets specified in the relevant promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded games or markets may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• haji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless haji's promotion terms expressly permit concurrent bonuses.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic exploitation — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts closed permanently.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. They may not be exchanged for cash or assigned to another player.

haji reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds and associated winnings from a player's account if it is subsequently determined that the player was ineligible for the relevant promotion at the time of participation.

All games and betting markets available on haji are governed by the specific rules published for each game or market, which should be read alongside these Terms. By placing a bet or participating in any game on haji, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

haji's gaming outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for virtual games and by real-time events for live dealer games and sports betting markets. All RNG systems used on haji are regularly audited for fairness and unpredictability by independent testing laboratories.

• In the event of a technical fault, game malfunction, or disconnection during a game session, haji reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and refund the relevant stake to the player's account balance.
• Bets placed after the closing of a market or event will be voided and the stake returned.
• haji reserves the right to correct any obvious errors in odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations. Any bets settled based on an erroneous odd or outcome may be recalculated or voided, and affected accounts adjusted accordingly.

• haji does not accept responsibility for any losses incurred as a result of a player's own strategy, judgement, or decision-making during gameplay or betting.

For sports betting, haji's decision on the settlement of all markets shall be final and binding. haji reserves the right to suspend or close any market at any time without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the haji platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or place bets
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in haji's platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Using the haji platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of haji's software, games, or platform architecture
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing haji staff, support agents, or other players
• Placing bets with the intent to exploit promotional terms rather than for genuine gaming purposes
• Accessing haji on behalf of any third party for commercial gain

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.

• haji is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's reliance on information or content displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game results.
• haji is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond haji's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, or telecommunications failure.
